You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order.
A reverse pickup will be arranged by us wherever possible.
In areas where reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to ship the product back through a reliable courier service.

Please note: Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Returns will not be accepted if tags are missing or removed.
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
No additional handling fee is charged for returns.

Fill in the required details in the form.
Select the items you would like to return or exchange.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further steps.
Note: For hygiene reasons, boxers, socks, and face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return request is placed, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 2β3 business days.
Products usually reach our warehouse within 7β10 days.
After a successful quality check (QC), the refund will be processed as store credit.
Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased under promotional offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free will be considered as a combo pack (purchased + free item).
If you wish to return, all items (both purchased and free) must be sent back together.
Refunds will be issued as store credit or coupon codes after deducting applicable refund charges.
Once your returned product passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within 72 hours as store credit.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Cancellation requests will be processed on the next working day.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will attempt cancellation; however, shipping charges will not be refunded.
