Service Availability

Currently, Gsports products and services are available only within India.

Formation of Contract

• Product listings on our website are invitations to treat, not binding offers.

• No contract exists until we send you a Shipment Confirmation via email.

• If payment has been deducted but the order is not accepted, the full amount will be refunded.

• We reserve the right to verify orders by call or email. Orders may be cancelled if authenticity cannot be confirmed.

Product Availability

All product orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, we may suggest alternatives of equal or higher value. You may decline, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Refusal of Order

We reserve the right to:

Your Right to Cancel

No cancellation/refund applies to:

Delivery

If delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, refunds will be issued for prepaid orders only.

Risk & Title

• Damaged/tampered packaging may be refused at delivery. Notify us immediately at support@gsports.com in such cases.

Coupons & Vouchers

• Coupons and vouchers are issued at our discretion.

• Usage is governed by Gsports policies and may be withdrawn at any time.

Price & Payment

• While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If identified, you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

• Prices include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges apply separately.

• Payments must be authorized by the card issuer. Gsports is not liable for disputes arising from unauthorized third-party use of your account.
