Shipping Policy – Gsports

Gsports is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle shipping-related matters for all purchases made on our website.

1. Delivery Charges

• Orders with a total value of ₹499 or above qualify for free shipping.

• Orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping fee of ₹49, applicable to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

• Orders are processed and dispatched within the standard handling time mentioned during checkout.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on the customer’s location, courier partner availability, and external factors such as weather or operational constraints.

3. Order Cancellation, Lost or Undelivered Orders

• If an order is cancelled by Gsports, or if it is lost or undelivered to the customer’s address, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (including shipping charges, if any).

• For COD orders, no shipping charges will be refunded since they are paid only upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refund of Shipping Charges

• If a delivered order is returned by the customer, original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

• If the customer chooses to self-ship the returned item, reimbursement for self-shipment will be processed as per Gsports’ Returns Policy, subject to submission of a valid courier receipt.

5. Fair Usage Policy

• Gsports reserves the right to review customer accounts that repeatedly return orders in violation of our return or exchange policy.

• In such cases, an additional delivery fee of ₹149 may be applied on all future orders, regardless of the order value.

6. Order Value Definition

Order value is calculated after applying all discounts, promotional offers, GST, and any other applicable charges.
